deVOL directory: The West Sussex Kitchen
12th February 2016
It’s time for another little deVOL directory, and today I thought I’d tell you all about our lovely West Sussex Kitchen. This kitchen is a perfect example of just how well our Classic English and Real Shaker ranges can work together in one space. All of the lovely base cupboards are Shaker, and the beautiful Prep Table in the centre is Classic English, it creates the perfect focal point to the room and makes it feel really special. This whole kitchen has a feeling of utter calm, it’s filled with the most delicate soft light and has a very pretty view out onto the customers back garden.
Here’s a little bit of information on all of the lovely bits and bobs, colours and accessories in this kitchen…
1. ‘Nero Absoluto’ Black Granite worktops (worktops can only be supplied by us as part of a deVOL Kitchen)
2. 5-Oven AGA in ‘Black’
3. ‘Quad’ pendant lights in ‘weathered brass’ by Original BTC Lighting
4. The Prep Table is painted in deVOL’s ‘Lead’ colour
(our paint colours are only available as part of a deVOL Kitchen)
5. The Prep Table has an Oak worktop (worktops can only be supplied by us as part of a deVOL Kitchen)
6. For a very similar floor we recommend the beautiful ‘Dijon Tumbled Limestone’ by Floors of Stone
Now for the second half of this beautiful country kitchen…
7. A selection of chopping boards, old and new, available at our beautiful Cotes Mill home.
8. Shaker knobs painted in ‘Mushroom’ on the base cabinets & ‘Bella Brass’ cup handles on the island.
(only available to purchase as part of a deVOL Kitchen)
9. Villeroy & Boch double ‘Farmhouse’ sink, chrome Perrin & Rowe Ionian taps with ‘crosshead’ handles
– www.villeroy-boch.co.uk – www.perrinandrowe.co.uk
10. The base cabinets are painted in deVOL’s own ‘Mushroom’ colour
(our paint colours are only available as part of a deVOL Kitchen)
11. A lovely Peg Rail painted in ‘Mushroom’, from deVOL’s Home Accessories Range
12. A KitchenAid Artisan Mixer in black
And that completes the room! I really love how the customers have gone for soft, neutral paint colours and accessories and then mixed in a few pops of black with the AGA and granite worktops… maybe not a combination you’d naturally think of, but definitely one to be considered I think. Anyway, I really hope you’ve found this directory helpful and as always, if you’d like any more info or have any questions, please email enquiries@devolkitchens.co.uk or head over to one of our social media sites.
