Book Review : Making, by Thomas Heatherwick

Thomas Heatherwick has become a house hold name or at least everyone knows his most recent projects. Remember the Olympic Cauldron? And London’s hybrid bus? Despite the Heatherwick Studio becoming very heavily publicised recently the studio is in fact 19 years old. The book ‘Making’ is a story of Thomas’s projects from his childhood to degree show project all the way through to his recent works. Its a fantastic book with text about each project explaining his conceptual thoughts and ideas.
