Delivery & Returns

Delivery

We deliver all of our tile orders with DHL straight to your front door in manageable-sized boxes. Delivery charges are determined by an order's weight and this will be calculated automatically in the checkout. 

Sample packs are subject to the following delivery charges:
 

USA $40 (per order)
2-4 business days
Canada $55 (per order)
2-4 business days

 

You can view a full delivery quote for your basket and shipping address in the checkout. All charges shown include any applicable tax and duty. State tax is calculated in the checkout.

We offer one tracked service from DHL, all items are sent from our UK workshops. Orders will be dispatched only when all items are ready and they should arrive within 2-4 business days. If you wish to receive individual items as soon as they are ready, please consider placing them as separate orders.

Returns

This item is eligible for return within 28 days of delivery.

Any items returned to us in the condition in which they were sent will be refunded in full, excluding any delivery fees and a 10% restocking fee.

We are unable to cover any return postage costs, or any loss or breakages that occur during the return process. We therefore recommend that returns are made using the original packaging with a tracked, insured and signed for service.

The best thing about a handmade tile is all the little imperfections and variations, it’s what gives them real character and soul. Our crackle tiles share the same crazed white glaze as our original crackle pendant lights, and we absolutely love it. Claire, our Ceramics Studio Manager, spent a long time developing the glaze to make sure that the crackles came out just right in every firing. This was balanced with finding the perfect shade of white and the right sheen and we couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. At a distance they almost look like plain old white metro tiles but up close the delicate web of crackles just feels so special and really out of the ordinary.
